We have created this training to introduce, explain, teach and practice breathwork techniques, patterns, breathwork possibilities and methods that can facilitate healing and transformation. You will learn techniques that allow you to experience calm, relaxation and stillness, as well as techniques that stimulate, energize and revitalize your senses. In addition, we will spend most of our time and focus on transformational breathwork, a technique that allows us to access an alternate state of consciousness & clarity in a safe and supported way.
