The Brooke Burke Body workout is a union of mind, body & spirit. Classes consist of body sculpting, target toning, mantra movement and a whole lot of SWEAT. Be prepared to connect as a community. Collective energy will change you. Brooke’s body sculpting moves will improve strength, balance, coordination & self confidence. Classes will improve overall well-being and help to create energy. BB Body is about so much more than an exercise app. It’s a real-life manifestation of my passion for self-care, fitness, and good health—both physical and emotional.

Live Stream classes are fun and
the set-up is easy.

Consider this class semi-private. You may also prefer to turn your camera off, but if you choose to leave it on, I will be able to see you and make body adjustments. The choice is yours.

Sign up for class

You will receive the link via email. You will also get a morning reminder.

Prepare for Class

Please hydrate. A yoga mat is suggested. Light (2-5 lbs) hand weights are recommended, but entirely optional.

Ready your workout space and arrive 10 minutes early so that you can make sure your link is working and have a moment to relax before we begin.
