Doing Nothing Is Still A Decision
Big goals can feel intimidating. Fear and insecurity may whisper in our ear that we’re not ready, not capable, or not good enough. Or we may question our abilities and convince ourselves that staying where we are is safer than reaching for something more.
But we don’t have to be bursting with confidence to begin.
Progress often starts with a little uncertainty. We can be nervous and still take the first step. We can have doubts and still set an ambitious goal. We can make mistakes and keep moving forward.
Instead of waiting for all of the potential challenges to disappear, let’s try focusing on what we can do today – even if it’s one small action. Every step forward builds experience, confidence, and momentum.
And remember, your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. There is no perfect timeline, required pace, or need to have everything figured out right away. Give yourself permission to learn as you go.
Your dreams are worth pursuing, even when they feel a little scary.
So identify your goal. Make the first move. Celebrate every success. And when doubt shows up, remind yourself that you don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing to keep going.
I promise that you are way more capable than you realize.
