I love a good smoothie! You can always get creative and blend any ingredients you like. These are my favorite ingredients that I use most often!
Ingredients:
1 scoop collagen powder
8 oz organic unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 frozen banana
2-3 pitted dates
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp cinnamon
seeded dates
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 tsp honey
ice
