I am in love with this NO CHEAT dessert, chia pudding. ⠀
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey or packet of artificial sweetener
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar
Shake shake shake
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Top with granola and mixed berries (optional)
Serve cold
