Tomato Feta Pasta Primavera  

Celebrate the best of summer with this super fresh Tomato Feta Pasta Primavera. Whether you garden, visit the farmers’ market or shop at the grocery store, you won’t miss the bounty of vibrant red cherry tomatoes and summer squash, like zucchini.


  • 2 large zucchinis (whole or buy pre-spiralized)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp chopped basil

  • 4 tbsp reduced-fat feta cheese


  1. Using a spiralizer, create the zucchini noodles and set aside. (Skip if you bought pre-spiralized)

  2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add oil to saute tomatoes and garlic.

  3. Reduce heat, then add basil and zucchini noodles; season with salt and pepper.

  4. Toss in the pan for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve topped with feta cheese
