Lemon Twist on Israeli Salad

Nothing tastes better than a fresh off-the-vine summer tomato. This colorful, crunchy salad really lets seasonal veggies shine and goes great with any dish!


  • 4 small cucumbers
  • 1 cup medley of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 radishes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop cucumbers and tomatoes.
  2. Slice radishes.
  3. Cube avocado.
  4. Grab a bowl and toss veggies with olive oil, a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Garnish with slices of lemon and chopped parsley.
