
Wondering what to do with all the leftover veggies that are hanging out in your refrigerator? I make mine into a delicious dip! You can snack on this dip with healthy chips or use it as a sauce – yum!
Ingredients:
Any cooked veggies that you have laying around. My favorites are sweet peppers, onions and zucchini.
Directions:
Blend 3 cloves of garlic , 1/4 cup olive oil and 3 jalapeños (or whatever amount to suit your tolerance).
