I am in love with this NO CHEAT dessert, chia pudding. ⠀
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey or packet of artificial sweetener
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a mason jar
- Shake shake shake
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Top with granola and mixed berries (optional)
- Serve cold
