Chia Seed Pudding


I am in love with this NO CHEAT dessert, chia pudding.


  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon honey or packet of artificial sweetener


  1. Combine all ingredients into a mason jar 
  2. Shake shake shake
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes 
  4. Top with granola and mixed berries (optional) 
  5. Serve cold
