I love a good smoothie in the morning! Here is one of my favorite recipes. I like to freeze my fruit before putting them in the blender, but you can also use fresh fruit and add ice instead.
Ingredients:
8 oz organic Almond milk
One half a frozen banana
Handful frozen blueberries
1 Tsp. of cashew butter
1 Tsp MCT oil
1 Tsp. Cocoa nibs
