Avocado Egg Salad Recipe

This salad is so tasty and filled with healthy protein to keep you going! YUM.




2 avocados
4 Israeli cucumbers
2 hard boiled eggs
Olive oil



Dice the cucumber.

Cut the avocados into chunks (do not mash).
Chop the hard boiled eggs (make sure they are cool).
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with parsley.
