Get ready for the fastest and most fun salad you’ll ever make. With just 5 minutes, a cutting board, and a knife, you can throw together a delightful salad that’s ready to impress your guests – with absolutely no mess!


  • Arugula, Romaine, Radicchio
  • Red Onions
  • Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • Cooked Beets
  • Olives or Pickles
  • Cucumbers
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Chop and toss together the arugula, romaine, radicchio, red onions, hard-boiled eggs, cooked beets, olives or pickles, and cucumbers in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle Dijon mustard and olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


Roasted Radishes with Greek Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Swap out ordinary potatoes with this mind-blowing alternative that has less carbs and more flavor. The yogurt dipping sauce is de-lish!

Ingredients for Radishes:

  • Two Bunches of Radishes
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Ingredients for Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ Cup Greek Whole Yogurt
  • 1 Fresh Lemon, Zested & Squeezed
  • Persian Cucumbers
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Pressed


  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Wash radishes thoroughly, slice in half, and spread out over the pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Assemble on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
  5. While the radishes are baking, combine Greek yogurt, one whole lemon, squeezed and zested, two pressed garlic cloves, and two chopped Persian cucumbers in a bowl and mix.
  6. Serve and enjoy!


Grilled Chicken Skewers by Joanne (Gi0vanni) Mosconi

Say ‘Hello’ to simply scrumptious pairing of protein, vitamins, and the fresh taste of summer.

Ingredients for Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, Cut into Cubes
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Wooden Skewers, Soaked in Water for 30 Minutes

Ingredients for Grilled Veggies:

  • Assorted Vegetables: e.g. Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Squash, Zucchini, Cut into Chunks
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. In a bowl, combine cubed chicken breast, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, toss the assorted vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Serve and enjoy!


Cheeseburger Tacos

Find out what the viral buzz is all about! I made these last night and we loved it!


  1. Prepare a hamburger patty that will be thin enough to fold, adding a slice of cheese to melt toward the end. (I recommend cooking it in a frying pan.)
  2. Heat a corn tortilla and place the cheeseburger on top.
  3. Top with your favorite veggies. (I love grilled onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños.)
  4. Fold it in half for a taco alternative to a traditional high-carb cheeseburger.
  5. Serve and enjoy!


Mixed Berries with Fresh Mint by Joanne (Gi0vanni) Mosconi

Finish your meal on a sweet note with this refreshing dessert of mixed berries garnished with fresh mint from @thechefsdaughternyc.


  • Assorted Fresh Berries: e.g. Blackberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries
  • Fresh Mint
  • Fresh Lemon


  1. Wash the berries and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Arrange the mixed berries on a serving platter and chill.
  3. Serve with fresh mint and a squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
