For a mom on the go, it can be hard to find time to eat healthy. But this is one of my favorite snacks. It’s quick, easy and best of all – so good for you!
Black Sesame Snap Peas Recipe
1 bag of snap peas
black sesame seeds
salt (to taste)
In a wok or large frying pan sauté the snap peas in 1 tsp of sesame oil for five minutes. (The peas should stay crunchy.)
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and salt to taste.
Serve hot or cold!
