As women, too many of us have given so much to everyone else that we’ve lost the spark to care for ourselves. We yearn for something better, but struggle to justify an investment in self-care.
We created this three-week program with tools, perspectives, and connection beyond movement as an opportunity to help us remember why we matter. We won’t be chasing perfection. We’ll be building a practice.
When we show, something shifts.
When we rise up, something strengthens.
And when we level up, something awakens.
Showing up is how we recharge our life, regain our vitality, and return to our soul. And we are absolutely worth 20 minutes a day!
