
Ingredients:

10 large ripe tomatoes

Olive oil

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons Braggs Aminos

1/4 chopped jalapeños or Serranos (optional)
Directions:

Sauté 5 chopped cloves garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Add chopped tomatoes & spicy peppers (optional).

Boil, then lower heat & reduce approximately 15 minutes.

Whisk in honey, Braggs, and apple cider vinegar.

Let cool and blend.
I love to use this sauce to marinate chicken or meat. It’s also great to drizzle over burgers or veggies!
