Turmeric Almond Milk Latte

Pumpkin Spice might bring in fall for many, but for me, it’s all about the rich and creamy Turmeric Almond Milk Latte with its hints of cinnamon and ginger. Best of all, turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory to help in post-workout recovery. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground
  • black pepper
  • pinch of ground ginger

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan until heated and thoroughly mixed.
  2. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
