Cauliflower “Mashed Potatoes”

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

butter substitute spray (I use “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter)

garlic salt

 

Directions:

Cut one large head of cauliflower into flourettes. Put the flourettes in a Ziploc bag and punch holes in the baggie.

Microwave for 9 minutes, with the bag in a microwave safe bowl. Cut a hole in the bottom of the bag to let excess water drip out.

Spray a few squirts of butter substitute spray, and add a few shakes of garlic salt.

Put it in food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
