Bowls are so easy to prepare and a great way to use leftovers creatively. These are the ingredients I used last time I made dinner, but you can substitute the protein and veggies for any combination you are craving! I generally like to include a grain or starch (like quinoa, rice and sweet potato or squash), avocado and a protein. You can add dressing, hot sauce or any light condiment you like for extra flavor. 1 cup of brown rice or quinoa
1/2 cup of sweet potatoes
1/2 cup of garbanzo beans or black beans
1 cup of desired greens
Protein – egg or grilled chicken or grilled salmon
