Avocado Protein Toast

This toast is delicious and full of healthy protein!

Ingredients:
1 slide Ezekiel bread
1/2 avocado
One egg
salt and pepper
chili flakes (optional)

Directions:
Toast the Ezekiel bread.
Mash avocado on the toast.
Fry the egg and place it on top of avocado.
Season with salt and pepper. Add chili flakes for a little extra kick!
